I have your Sklylight Operator that I ordered but it only has a red plastic tip that does not match either of my two cranks. They appear to be a hex socket and are too large for the plastic tip. Do you have adapters?

I can't see any brand anywhere on the thing, but it has a place for a splined attachment to be connected. I would like to purchase an eyelet adapter, but I'm not sure of the size of the spline part. Prior to purchasing three of your skylight operators(39-379) with eyelet adapters 39-247. I need to know what type of an opening if any, there is in the metal hook (39-214). I have a 3/8 solid rod cranking pole I can adapt to most anything. Just easier knowing whats available.

There is no picture for the skylight operator in dark bronze but a picture for the handle in dark bronze . Would it be safe to assume that the two will match ?
