I broke the latch on my Pella sliding patio screen door. Can you help me find the right parts ? My house was built in 1993

The screen door handle is old and should be replaced. The latch the opens and closes the door on thenback side of the door opener is broken off. I want to make sure that I am getting the right part.

Wood sliding door. Plastic latch to slide door open on outside part of screen door broke. Photo has tape on it to prevent door from locking.

The latch assembly also includes a spring that pushes the latch down. Ours is missing. How do you replace this spring and do you have them in stock?
