Original roller with 3 rivets needed as replacement 7/16" width rollers (M.F.S.) to not fit as the arm on one side makes it 1/2" width which is too tight

These wheels cant be adjusted anymore and need to be replaced. The number I could find on theseis 6572. The marking on the glas is the following: pPG Herculite K, ANSI-Z-97 1-1972 3/16" U Temp safety Glass SGCC - 02 11372

Hello, this is the roller I want to replace. It seems like the axle or ball bearing is worn so there is too much play and the door sags and sticks on this end. The other roller is in better shape but of course I'll replace both. It looks like your weather-tight roller might fit. Thanks for your help ... (cont.)

Snapped and we need to replace

We are not sure of the manufacturer of the door, but it is a PPG Herculite glass. We need to replace the rollers and have enclosed photos. any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have removed both the anchor and adjustment fasteners from the ends of the door, however the roller acts as if there is another (fastener) anchor possibly on the top of glass edge that prevents removal of the roller assembly? It also appears that the dust seal slots may also interfere with roller ... (cont.)

I am looking for a roller in the style of 81-262 but a bit wider. Mine is maybe 3/4 wide. The main roller wheel is also 1 1/2 when including the plastic guide around it.

Doors installed in 1984 and the single roller mechanism is broken. I cannot find the single roller unit anywhere and need 4 of them. Please help. The wheel is 1 1/4 inch. the length of the unit that attaches to the door frame is 1.5 inch from the hole to the edge.I do need 4 of these. ... (cont.)
