Hi, I just received my 4-pack of S-140-26 coil balancers. They almost perfectly replace the old balancers I'm replacing them with (came uncoiled). I'm unable to figure out how to pull the shoe apart from the coil assembly, nor can I rotate the shoe cam to allow it to glide freely within the channel. ... (cont.)

Bought the S140-26 but my current pivot bars don't fit. What is the matching pivot bars needed? Thanks

I recently ordered a triple coil balance and installed it, but the shoes are too big and when the window is installed the window wont unlock the shoe.
