Only marking I could find was (R 5)

Our climate guard pivot bar broke and we need a replacement. It has a rounded head and has the markings A5 and 15 on it. It is 2.875 inches long and the head is 0.28 inches wide.

Hi, my window sash balance coil snapped when I was trying to adjust my shoe, wondering how to fix or replace it if there are parts and tools for that?

the window would not stay open so I removed the coil spring. the spring has a 3A on it. looking for a replacement

5 is the only marking on the pin. Uploaded the window information sticker, hopefully that helps.

Double Hung pivot pin snapped in half. See photos. Plastic quick tilt part it goes into is likely stuck up in the side track of the window.

Hi, can you please help suggest replacement parts for this double coil balance and shoe? The coils broke and the shoe pivot also had a plastic piece break.

Its a double coil balance but could not find a matching mechanism on the SWISCO website. When I tilt the window, it pivots on the plastic part in the photo located in the window jamb/frame. One of them is broken. Would you have this? The windows were installed in the late 80s early 90s. Thank you

Unfortunately, I don't know much beyond the brand/model and the size of the pivot bar from my measurement, which appears to be 2.5". The only marking appears to be an "8" just after the first screw hole.

I am looking for these replacement parts for two windows. I need 4 of each. I am unable to track down the piece that holds the coil in position. Also, not sure how the window lock pieces are installed.

Coil balance has "9R" on both sides left and right. No other markings. Have included pics of mfg markings and sticker on sash

These triple balances are marked 13 on the bottom 8 in the middle and 7 on the top

I would like to replace the balances on both sides of this window with new parts, but I want to make sure I have everything I need and the correct parts.
