Part is springloaded and keeps window from slamming shut

Hello, I need help identifying which pivot bar, coil balance, and shoe sash to order for our Anlin Catalina series windows. They are double hung windows that won't stay up anymore. Thanks!

Not sure of makeke of window,but balance seems to be a series of springs. Both sides have broken..very heavy window, about 20 years old. Need replacements.

We have a bay window with two series 4000 double hung (model 3B01) and both the pivot shoes broke on one of the windows. It looks similar to 15-177, but ours has a hole just above the metal shoe.Any help is appreciated.
