I have a double hung window that no longer stays up/open when the lower part is lifted. It appears that this circular spring on both sides has snapped. I hope you can help. These coil springs are in tandem, and they mount similar to a WRS series 37, with a single tan to the inside of each spring, but as the photo shows they are only 3/8" wide, with the shoe itself measing 1/2", so a 17/32" springer isn't going to work. I believe this to be a "sash pivot pin" measuring approx. 3in...or what's left of one, anyway. The other half is still attached to the moving pane. The plastic seems to be in tact, but obviously the pin itself has sheared off. I'd like to confirm that I'm getting the correct replacement part(s). Can ... (cont.)

Bottom of weathershield double hung window. Metal pieces cracked off and window won't stay up.

Need replacement pivot bar for softlite double hung window. There is a 4 stamped on the part. It looks to be 2.5 long with holes at 1-1/16 and another a 1-3/4 from the button end.

Please verify that 15-177 is the part number.
