26-116 Window Sash Lift Handle

I checked your on line catalog and can't seem to match up the parts that i need for our windows. We have white Thermagard tilt-in vinyl windows and the lift grips/handles are cracking - they are 3" long, 3/4" high, 3/4" deep at the widest point - inset of handle/grip into the window sash is 13/32" ... I am in need of lift handles for (Norandex) Proview series 3600 lift handles. I have been advised that you may have them available. The windows in question were made and installed June/July 1997. Norandex/Proview says they no longer have them available. Please advise if you are able to help me w ... (cont.)

Does this 26-116 come with screws?
