Is there a trick to removing the 26-119 without breaking off the little tabs?

I think I found the right replacement part (Product code: 26-119), but wanted someone there to confirm. I have a photo with some measurements that I am attaching. I am also assuming that I need white, not beige. Your help is greatly appreciated.
