89-030 Multi-Point Striker

Strike Keeper for Sliding Door Latch, Manufacturer Window Master Hight: 1/4 " Between 2 Mounting hole: 4 3/4"

I need help my door is broken and I need to replace both parts of this door. Or actually the other part where the hooks go to lock it, don't know what that part is called. Please help.

RE: Keeper 89-030. I have that part on my sliding glass door (see attached picture) however it is missing the center stem that sticks out to allow the locking mechanism to lock. The picture online does not show the center stem. Does it come with it and is it available by itself.
