Hello, I need to get a keeper for my Patio Door. I believe the door is a PRO 960S. I sent a picture of the tag from the door as well as the lock itself. Could you please let me know the correct part I should order? Thank you very much! Matt

Looking for a replacement of the latch, it broke as shown in picture.

Strike Keeper for Sliding Door Latch, Manufacturer Window Master Hight: 1/4 " Between 2 Mounting hole: 4 3/4"

I need help my door is broken and I need to replace both parts of this door. Or actually the other part where the hooks go to lock it, don't know what that part is called. Please help.

RE: Keeper 89-030. I have that part on my sliding glass door (see attached picture) however it is missing the center stem that sticks out to allow the locking mechanism to lock. The picture online does not show the center stem. Does it come with it and is it available by itself.
