These measure 1-1/8" w by 3-3/16" long the holes are 2-1/8" apart and the first hole is 13/16" from latch end. I can't find these on your site. Please help.

I am looking for some window latches for my Acan windows ( approx. 15-18 years old ).

I ordered one if there from your company and it doesn't fit. The screw holes are too far apart. Can you possible direct me to the correct one. Thanks.

We can't identify the window brand

It's the sliding latch that holds the window in. It's mounted on the top of the frame and spring loaded. Both sides are broken off

We have several windows with these latches. They appear to be disintegrating before our eyes, turning to dust. I believe these look similar to your 26-120 and 26-121. I've included a very rough sketch with dimensions. Please advise if your replacement would fit our windows. Thank you. ... (cont.)

I ordered 2 26-390 and 2 26-391 thinking they were the same as mine but I was wrong with my measurements. Mine were shorter and thicker. Mine is the one on the right. Could you please give me the correct part number if you carry them . Thank you .

Thanks for writing in. See our 26-121 Top Tilt Latch, along with its left-handed counterpart, the 26-120. Look over the listed dimensions and compare them with your old parts. See if you think these are what you're looking for.
