Hello one of our window lock broke - can we get this replacement part?

I'm searching for the pictures window sash locks. They are metal but I have very little info to go on for replacements. The windows are not marked with a manufacturer nor are the locks. The windows are wood with insulated glass. I'm not sure if the age. At least ten years old, I would guess. ... (cont.)

My overall window is 39-1/2" x 53-1/4". I need balances , locks and the metal device at the bottom of each sash that gets inserted into the show of the balancer. Thank you. -Domenic

hi, Im missing three latch and keeper sets and it looks like 90-298 lock will replace the original Crestline but the 909-282 keeper is quite different than the one on my Crestline window....About an inch wider. Thoughts?!!

Hi I am looking for the keeper that attaches to this lock. I attached a few photos. On the underside of the lock it says A-S PA 9765. The keepers 2x3/4x3/8 approximate. Some of the pella products looks similar but I could not find one with 2" width. Thanks, Patrick

Hi, I have 5 crestline sliding windows that were manufactured in 1996. I am looking for replacment keepers. The part number stamped on the back of the keepers is 9906 and one of the serial numbers off one of the windows is y20496Z27C3M. the approx depth of the keeper is 5/16 and the width is 3/8 ... I am looking for a white flush mount sweep lock that has 1 5/8 " spread between mounting screw holes and is set back by 1/2". I found a similar item on your website but it is setback 5/8" and that will not work. The product code for that item is 90-298. Can you find one that is set back 1/2"? ... (cont.)
