To Whom it Concerns, I work for Plygem Windows and we sold awning and casement windows that used ROTO hardware back in 2003-2005. The below pictures show parts that we need to settle issues with H/O. Our customer does not have a make of her awning window but has sent in this pictures. I have looked and found #39-393 roto operator but would like to make sure this will work for her. She says the arm is 15.5" fully extended. Thank you Marge M

I need replacement Certainteed awning window crank mechanism. I am specifically looking for the mechanism to open and close. Please see the attached photos
