Both arms bent and clip at end broken. numbers on unit are, OPO5-7576-26, 03-21-07. 78540 Trying to locat replacement it operates an awning window on window greenhouse.. thank you for the help. Dick

Can you tell me if the pictured part is a ROTO crankshaft? I can't find any markings on the plates, and have been assured it is not a Truth part.

The mechanism works fine but the handle just slides in and out of the mechanism and doesn't stay snapped in. There looks to be something missing that would go between the 2 parts like a ball or a spring to hold the handle in. Ideas?

Looking for a replacement. The handle broke off inside of the opening mechanism.

I was twisting the handle and it completely broke off. I'm seeing if anybody can help me regarding finding the new part to replace it and how to temporarily slide it back and forth in order to close it. The screw are on the opposite side.

Hi, we recently purchased our home and discovered one of our crank windows were missing parts. Attached is an image of the missing parts - metal rail, metal peg/bolt, metal bracket. Is it possible to order these parts through your business?
