We ordered this and it is offset to the right. Does this come offset to the left too?

Thanks for writing in. This looks it might be our 39-393 Awning Operator. If so, this can work with either the 39-340 Surface Mount Awning Bracket, or the 39-424 Face Mount Awning Bracket. Take a look and both and see if you think which would be best for your window.

Hi, I have an awning window dual-arm crank and the detach clip on one of the arms has snapped off. I can't seem to find the replacement part. Included is a photo of the base unit and the broken clip.

I have not been able to find any replacement parts for my windows.The only markings Ive found are in the crank handle. OPO6-1520. The arm that allows my bathroom awning window to open and close has rusted and broken. I don't see any numbers, names, or markings on it. I have a canopy window in need of parts. The crank is OPO5-7540-03. Below are the pics of crank. The last photo shows the missing pieces for the ends of the arms and the mount on the underside of window that the arms attach to. Do you carry these parts?
