Also seems that I would also need the clip holding the 2 bars together Vinyl window. please let me know if you require measurements will be glad the take pics with tape measure. Handle male snaps in unit. I may need two units depending on price. Thanks, Lou

I am looking to replace whatever is needed as well as how to possibly diagnose the problem. It looks similar to 39-393 but not quite. More like OP05-7500-00-53239 Do you carry these parts?

We ordered this and it is offset to the right. Does this come offset to the left too?

Hello,The vinyl casement windows were installed about 13 years ago to replace aluminum frame ones. We have seven of the left-hand hinge ones and six of the awning style. Thanks for writing in. This looks it might be our 39-393 Awning Operator. If so, this can work with either the 39-340 Surface Mount Awning Bracket, or the 39-424 Face Mount Awning Bracket. Take a look and both and see if you think which would be best for your window.

Hi, I have an awning window dual-arm crank and the detach clip on one of the arms has snapped off. I can't seem to find the replacement part. Included is a photo of the base unit and the broken clip.

The arm that allows my bathroom awning window to open and close has rusted and broken. I don't see any numbers, names, or markings on it.
