Need help trying to get the whole mechanism for crank out window. Contractor did not install the full assembly. Please see Jeld Wen handle on existing window and window missing entire unit, handle and crank out scissors. Appreciate your help in identifying parts.

Hi, I need three stud brackets for a double arm crank operator. I think they are Pella windows but I'm not sure. I can't find any names or numbers. I also need 5 of the sliding clips for connecting to the arms.Thanks, and let me know if you need other information......Lee

Hi, I am a newer homeowner now taking over the previous owner's project. I matched the window operator that I have (w/ crank handle) to Product Code 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator. The Roto Awning Bracket is broken, but I still have those screws but no other screws. Other than that I have ... (cont.)

The operator is grey metal and has a marking that looks like with a triangle overtop of a line on it. The operator spline piece is on the left side. There is a number on it, but it is extreamly hard to read, the best I can tell it sais ?198?420 best guess maybe a 4 and 7 respectively for the ?. The ... (cont.)

Hello, thanks for your help in identifying the replacement parts for this window. Everything is in workin order except the clips that attach the operator arms to the sash bracket. This is for a Milgard window. I have 2 of them where the screw cannot be seated and so i can't crank it. What is the replacement model?
