I have 3 different window cranks that I need to replace because of salt water rust. Just want to make sure I order the correct parts. I have three Ducana awning windows that I need new crank handles (5/16" hex drive) and the bracket that attaches to the window casing with two pins on it for the operator arms to fasten to.

I measured the outside diameter of the spline, with a dial caliper, at approx. .322 An 11/32 spline should measure .343, correct, or am I being too technical and perhaps the spline has worm slightly? Mike

Hello. I have included some photos of my situation. I have two identical windows. One of them is missing all the hardware to makes it move and secures it. The photos are of the window hardware on the working one.

One window's mechanism is missing the polished metal fitting that connects the roto arms to the pane. Two of the photos show the style with the missing fittings, while the other three photos show the style with the fittings and the arms connected to the window pane. I have several 400 Series Silverline windows (crank) where the middle black piece that attaches the arms to the window are broken. It makes opening and closing the window difficult. The crank arms fall off the track. What is this black middle piece called?
