I'm seeking a clip that would connect with Product Code: 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator and Product Code: 39-340 Roto Awning Bracket, Surface Mount.

Need help identifying this part so I can order a replacement. I have 2 side-by-side windows with broken cranks.

I have an American Craftsman garden awning window. The crank arm and pin needs to be replaced along with the locking mechanisms.

Hello, attached are photos of the crank on my awning window. The handle keeps falling off as there is no set screw to tighten. At full extension the arms are 12"and the interior cover is 4 5/8 ".

In first photo the black connector with the two posts broke. Second photo shows undamaged unit. It mounts on the bottom of awning window and connects to window crank. I need 10.

The handle is stripped out on this unit and I need to replace it. The inside of handle is stamped "OP05-1509

Hi, I need help with finding / purchasing replacement parts for an unknown brand "Garden Window". The casement track connectors are broken. The dual arm assembly works fine but connectors at the end of the arm are shattered. The connectors have ROLO OP05 1007 on the parts. Might you have a replaceme ... (cont.)

The model of this window crank is 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator : SWISCO? But it looks like you may have a different model. Please advise if you have the replacement for this one. Thank you!! Judy

I have not been able to locate the window mfg. however attached are pictures of the 2 types of operators I need.The sissor typpe I need approx. 5 and only 1 of the single arm type. Let me know if it is something you could locate / supply.Thanks Chuck

Yes I am a handyman looking to replace what I believe to be the operator o. This casement style window above the shower in a bathroom. The window itself is about 30"wide by 18"tall. Window is not opening or closing properly as the black piece in the picture labeled "ROTO" has detached from the botto ... (cont.)

Thinking I need to replace my window handle as it falls out of place (black rubber piece between handle and window insert doesn't stay in place.) The handle has OP05 inscribed on the inside.
