39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator

I couldn't find the name of the window But on one of the photos has a sticker with a bunch of numbers.

I have the arms, as well as sash plate, but don't have the hardware to mount it back up. Can anyone help locate them? The crank arms have numbers: 3236(left) 3027(right)

The operator arms broke at the ends so they no longer will attach to the window, would like a replacement. Thanks.

Hello, I was wondering what this part of the casement operator part that sits under the window and connects to the arm. Do you have these available?

My home is a Topsider, factory built in Clemmons, North Carolina, and assembled here in the Bahamas in 2001. It still has 36 of the original Jalousie windows, and the cranks are failing, mostly the plastic parts. Plastic comes to the Bahamas to die, and I'm amazed that most of them are still working ... Windows clip and lock

Our awning bracket broke, and we need a replacement. I figured it was the 39-424, but upon receiving the part, it was very clearly not the part. I've attached pictures of the replacement part needed, by itself (it has the broken black plastic piece) and with the 39-424 in the ziploc bag. ... (cont.)

I believe I'm looking for two parts - 1) the window crank handle keeps falling off and 2) and the black rectangular bit has broken bits that have fallen off and as a result won't stay connected to my window. Could you please advise what parts I need to replace? Is it the whole system or just a new b ... (cont.)

Seems like the model for this awning operator is 39-393? I do need to remove them and get the measurement to be sure. Which handle will go with this? Also, do I need to replace the bracket? How do I know if the bracket needed to be replaced? Appreciate the help.

I have two broken window cranks and I cant seem to find something that looks similar the part says OP05-2018 do you know what I can use to replace it.

I need to replace the black casement slide for my awning window. Mine is broken. I have glued it back together as you can see in this picture. At the bottom of the window where the operator arms come together there is a small black plastic piece that slides on. It's a two hole for both operator arms. What is this called and do you have any in stock ???

found a lot of numbers - the arm says 0p05-2017, sent a picture of the numbers on the crank, could not find numbers on the lock. it is a vinyl awning window , built in late 84?

I am trying to locate this operator. I cannot find any markings on the window itself that would help.
