These are part of double hung Anlin bathroom windows.

Do not know the name of this part did not install the windows in my home, but this part fits inside the window and raises and lowers it.And I have three windows that are broken with the same type of part. Thx, pls help!

Our climate guard pivot bar broke and we need a replacement. It has a rounded head and has the markings A5 and 15 on it. It is 2.875 inches long and the head is 0.28 inches wide.

Hi, my window sash balance coil snapped when I was trying to adjust my shoe, wondering how to fix or replace it if there are parts and tools for that?

the window would not stay open so I removed the coil spring. the spring has a 3A on it. looking for a replacement

5 is the only marking on the pin. Uploaded the window information sticker, hopefully that helps.

Hi, can you please help suggest replacement parts for this double coil balance and shoe? The coils broke and the shoe pivot also had a plastic piece break.

Its a double coil balance but could not find a matching mechanism on the SWISCO website. When I tilt the window, it pivots on the plastic part in the photo located in the window jamb/frame. One of them is broken. Would you have this? The windows were installed in the late 80s early 90s. Thank you
