Will this work to replace window cranks on Andersend casement windows?

These crank windows are very old. I am trying to replace the hardware that is shown in white as all the hardware we have is in brown. I see things on your website but I'm not sure if they're the right numbers. The parts are all Truth hardware. The casement window keeper I think the part number is ... (cont.)

I purchased this handle and it matches the window however it is just a little bit too small of an opening to fit cleanly over that threaded knob.
