Need hinge left operator from exterior. Bronze or dark bronze color. Truth entry gard dual arm egress type. Window is a 30+ year old wood casement, cannot identify manufacturer. Dear Swissco, the cranky operator is rusted, and no longer turns using the crank. I have to open and close the window by taking out the crank handle, and then I am able to extend the window outward. I wanted to verify the type of crank case and operator that I need prior to purchasing one from your ... (cont.)

The little sliding plastic piece is broken and the window almost falls out of the opening when opened. Need a new top assembly.

The attached photos are for an operator on a Marvin window that a Truth motor broke -- the crank was broken out of its socket. It has two 8-inch arms, and appears to be EntryGard brand.

The crank and/or teeth are stripped and can't operate 40"x46" window.

The hardware was installed in the '80s. The only identifying part I can find is intrigue guard truth.

Long arm is stamped "entry gard." Shorter arms are stamped 20755 and 51538

The name says entry guard truth number written is 20810

Handle to open and close the window broke. Has the numbers 20810 and 30841L. Also says Entrygard and Truth. Not sure what the replacement would be. Could I get the correct number for a replacement part.
