I need 4 new 32 x 5/8 spiral non-tilt balances for some old wooden windows. Each window weighs 20 lbs. Would you recommend the blue tip balances or the red tipped? I will also need the "foot" or "carriers" for both windows. Thank you

I've tried several Swisco orders trying to make my windows work again. In the attached photo, the one at the end is one of the Swisco Series 400s I tried. The original is fatter, but when I tried your series 500, it was too tight, and my handyman would have to carve out the channel to make it fit ... (cont.)

What screws should I use for the 26-228 and 26-229? white

I think I see two parts here: the Swisco 91-003 spring and the 26-297 pivot bar. Does that look right? I'm not as sure about the finger slider or the latch. What are your ideas?

I have an old window which does not have counter weights and no pocket in which to install them. The window is 36"w x 31 7/8"h and is 1 1/2" thick. It weighs 27 lb. These parts have become worn over the last decade and it appears that you may have produced similar parts. I am looking for a way in order replacement parts as well as get instructions for keeping them oiled (I used bike lubricant on these).

I have a broken balance spring . The window has no take out clips. Is a special tool required? Any help is appreciated.

I have a house that was built in 1948 I am looking to replace the attached parts on 20 original wood windows they all look the same but the tube is different lengths. The tube is 28 inches long on the attached pictures Can you help me identify?

I will be purchasing stud brackets 39-513 & 39-514 and was wondering which fasteners you recommend for attaching these to the window. I will be drilling new holes because the new operator I will be using is a slightly different length than the existing one. Thanks!

Sir, attached are two pictures of the balancer in what I suspect is an Atrium Double hung tilt window. These windows are installed in a USDA Rural Property operated by the Housing Authority of the City of Pekin. Thank you for your assistance. Michael

The window will not lock into into place becase the little push pins are broken there for the bottom sach flops down. Bottom sach size is 31 1/2 x 20 pat.# 4.5783905 also there is another 11231

I have a project where I need to remove about 6 dozen sheet metal screws and replace them with similar screws only 1/4" longer. The screws I have now are #8 x 1/2" coarse screws painted white ( .163 major diameter, .122" minor diameter, and 15 threads per inch ). I am wondering if the 33-090 fits ... (cont.)
