my son has a house that is 15 plus years old. The latches on one of the windows has crumbled. I cannot find a manufacturer name anywhere. I have attached pictures of what is left of the latch. it is 1/2 inch in width. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I purchased four sets of replacement window sashes many years ago and installed them with Quaker replacement window channels. They worked fine for awhile but are no longer holding the windows open. The old mechanism didn't work, and I can't find a replacement. I need help with what kind to buy from you.The sash is 31 1/2 inches tall, the channels are 5/8 " wide and 3/4" deep. It weighs 10 pounds. The sash is shown in place and removed.

I couldn't figure out how to remove this piece (Help!). It is the interior latch piece and the exterior operation button that snaps in. I need 25 of these.

Part is 21 in. long and diameter is 5/8 in. It has a number 2 on the spiral and also word unique. We need 4 of these plus 4 brackets that attaches it.

Do you have this strike plate or locking plate for a sliding glass door? With the screws?

Just confirming that the 82-054 and 82-051 does not come with installation screws? This will be an initial installation for patio door and not a replacement, so will need screws and wanted to be sure.

Hi, On 30.5 series 850 crossbow balance, does it come with a plastic clip instead of metal at the top? The one I have is plastic and it doesn't require any screw, but have a hole for a plastic clip.
