Hi. I purchased American Craftsmen 8501 windows from home depot in 2014. The balance and tilt latches have gone bad in a few and i would like to purchase replacements please. I have included photos of what i need. 10 of each items should suffice. Hope you can help. Thanks

Have a house full of American Craftsman new construction double hung tilting vinyl windows. Majority of the windows are 3/0x5/2. Purchased around 2007 timeframe. Need to verify replacement parts needed. Top sash has a 23" balance and bottom sash has 25" balance, which I believe to be your Series 795 ... (cont.)

Looking for a new latch for my window

The clip at the top of the bottom sash that you push in to tilt the sash out for cleaning or balance replacement has come loose. Is there any way to replace it or does the whole bottom sash have to be replaced ?

This is close to what I need. Do you have any shorter?

I also have tilt windows that are broken are not working properly. The metal prong sticking out of the bottom of the window sash are nowt staying screwed in . Good morning, i need 4 of each part in the picture. The balance clip and sash guide was removed from American Craftsman 70 series vinyl window.

I have several 20 year old Home Depot vinyl windows that have broken tilt latches. The latches will not slide out for replacement. The end is welded/glued to the sash. I think I need a slim top mount latch but need help picking the correct one. Thanks, David

This part is from an Anderson American Craftsman 70 Series window. I need 2 for the right side and 2 for the left side. Overall length on top is 2 3/4". Width is 1 3/8" at front and 3/4" for body.
