The latch on these 10 year old replacement windows has broken. Is there an possible replacement?

Need to order these parts the pin rusted and broke the broken pin is rusted in pivot stash

I have two double hung insulated with gill. i need to replace the low part of the window that is broken. i also need a pair of the tilt latch on one of the windows.

These vinyl tilt replacement windows were bought from Home Depot about 8-10 years ago. I couldn't figure out how to remove the tilt latches to take a photo of the inside. The window locks are 2-3/4" wide and the screw holes are aprox 2-1/8" apart.

Need a left and right side. How do I replace this?
