This photo is of a gasket that seals the outer edge for the lower sash of aluminum Kinco windows from about 1993. I have a house full of 1997 MI series 8500 windows that have the bottom seal deteriorated. I under stand it is some kind of round seal that fit in a slot in the bottom of the window. I have enclosed pictures of it, best I can find. To you have a seal that will replace this?

Looking for replacement lip seal for the outside bottom window. It slides into a track on the bottom of the window. This window was purchased from menards.
