we ordeed item #58-182 and are not having any luck getting it into the slot, both sides, we can get one side started but not the other. The ends of the slot in the window are blocked off with the slot from the wool pile that runs vertically so there is no way to slide the bubble seal in from the sli ... (cont.)

I need to replace two broken balances. They both broke where spring attaches to the pully. I dont see any mfg info but balance channel is stamped 28C BSI. I would also like to replace bottom vinyl seals.

This seal is only installed on the bottom of the window. The house was built in 2000 and these are original windows. The seal slides into a groove in the window frame and it is on the outer side of the window
