Hi, the rollers I need to replace look like the attachments. The wheel is 1 1/4" in diameter and 5/16th in width. Do you have these or can you recommend what I need?

I neglected to look for part numbers. I can if you need them. My sliding glass door is tough to open. After inspecting and cleaning (somewhat) the wheels, it seems there is too much play in the wheels. I assume this means the bearings are worn out. Thank you!
