Hi,I have a 1960's home in the bay area and it won't latch shut, the black part in the photos that is supposed to latch has snapped in half. The door handle and the rest of the door work fine.The only marking I can find on the door has some faded latest but my guess is it used to say "C__ Cadet, Bur ... (cont.)

Could you please confirm if you have this part? It is strike for my patio sliding glass door. As mine is broken so lock does not work. It is around 3 inch length and 3/4 inch width/diameter. Anything similar?

I purchased a patio door handle with installation holes on center 3 15/16". The homes are too far apart. Can you recommend a better fit based on these photos please?

I have an old 1960 Burval glass sliding door. The opposite end (the side that doesn't have the door handle),the latch hook broke. 3 inch length between holes for latch and 0.5 inch width. I bought the swisco 82-262 as it matches up with my doors dimensions. However a few problems. One, it has a pin sticking out of the lock latch that won?t let it go through the lock latch hole. 2, it has a spring included but the directions are not clear at all as to how to install that ... (cont.)

This is an old handle that our suppliers cannot find. I know that the c1025 is the replacement but noone likes it.

This one had a wooden handle which fell as the metal grip was broken over use. We tried to replace with another from Menards but the latch did not fit due to size mismatch. Where can I get the replacement?
