32-127 Self-Close 3/8" Inset Hinge Kit

My home is 32 years old and I am trying to replace some hinges on some of my original oak cabinets. I cannot find any identifiers on the cabinets or the hinges. Looking for a replacement. Came loose and bent form the weight of the door.

When I Google search this image I get this company and another. I need to replace them on 2 doors. I find similar looking but none with the triangle and the piece with the triangle seems shorter on newer hinges.

Do you have these off set hingesI can't find these anywhere

Trying to find a replacement for Pat. 3613151 circa 1983. Lowes had similar, but was the self closing type (with that extra ledge). Do you have anything that matches in brushed nickle/chrome? I'm trying to avoid drilling new holes in over 30 cabinets. Thanks! Sherrie

Cabinet door hing w stamp 7128 and pat. 3391420 AND a 2. Three separate stamps in different areas. 2 holes mount hing to cabinet face and 3 holes mount hing to door. Spring helps keep door closed.

Merrilat self-closing cabinet hinges for cabinets installed in 1990. All I can see on the back of the hinges is the following: Pat 1987 CAM. I need a few replacements, as some of them no longer self-close.

We are brightening up a 1977 kitchen, and need to replace the cabinet hinges. Your 32-127 kit _MIGHT_ work, but it's not certain the holes will line up correctly. The dimensions on the web site do not include the hole locations. How do I find this information?
