This cylinder is from a Kitchen Craft supplied drawer glide. I believe it was installed about 10 years ago. The cylinder was oil filled, gray plastic. I am told the slide is from Blum, but they do not think that is the case and there is no identification on either the piston or the slide. The piston is 5 and 3/4" when closed and 7" when extended. I have an older kitchen with European Style Hinges that are marked: "A48" and in another location "O = H) (it could be H = O) and it has a 5/32 (4mm) inset from the edge. I think it's a 1/2" overlay. If you have it I would prefer a soft close hinge
