Help! I need a replacement for my Grass quiet close drawer slides

Hi, My G Grass drawer slides are approx. 15 years old and some need replacing in my 'high-use' cabinets. There are small white plastic parts that are part of the actual drawer slide that have broken and to me, looks like I should simply replace the entire slide mechanism. The only p/n's I can find ... I'm looking to replace (or repair) the soft close plungers as seen in the photos, attached: I need between 10 - 20 plungers but cannot find them online at all. The G* Grass drawer slide model numbers are 77002 & 77003 (left & right) The actual plunger that needs replacing is model number 1C08C04 ... (cont.)

Sorry, I have no information to identify this part other than the photo. This piece goes n the the bottom of the drawer. The rails slide into it. Thank you for your help!
