19-042 Channel Balance Top, Old Security

My number is 29-1 and I am uncertain as to the correct replacement based on the load rating.

The black guide are the top The white guide are the bottom The marking is 2320

I have Nu Air windows that need new balancers. The sash guide is aluminum and the top end of the balancer is attached to the sash with a small screw. The only markings on the balancer is 2920. Is this available or is there a substitute.

24" Channel Balance Identification is this S371-2320? The outside dimensions of the shoe and top seem right but the top part 19-031 does not have the middle divider that the tab in the track may require. Please identify. Thanks.
