Dear Swisco-Expert-Team,I tried to identify the correct (1/2"-width-) channel balances for my windows in your shop, but I've stranded. For the top-fitting I couldn't find a match (it's fastened with a screw to the sash window frame). Also, the four-digit code of some of channel balances (3330, 34" l ... (cont.)

Please assist in identifying the correct Balance to replace the attached. The length measures 23" not including the end caps. It has a marking that reads (h 22-5). The ends were referred to as a safety end on one side and a KK end on the other.

First is length 18". Stamped 17 1 D I Second is length 30" NO markings. Both have same plastic ends.

You may know just by giving you the window company name. 15 years ago I purchased replacement balances from the company in Miami, FL. They have since gone out of business. Hello, I need four spring powered channel balances for my two front windows. Their design seems problematic using pulleys and an extension spring.
