Good morning, If possible I would like to purchase the needed parts before disassembly. I will need to replace 2 sash balances. Anderson Vinyl double hung, etched # is CIG 23-87. The glass size is 16"x 28 1/2". I hope is enough to ID what balance I'll need. Thanks for any help you can ... (cont.)
