Hello, I purchased the product with code: 10-216 and it worked great for getting my shower doors back "on track", but I noticed one door needs to be raised and have the rollers adjusted so I need to take it out of the shower again. My door just hangs loose at the bottom. I've tried setting it on track but will not stay.

I am looking for these lower door sliders. They lock into the lower door frame sill and into the bottom of the door. They slide in the sill track and stay stationary on the bottom of the doors.

The manufacturer no longer makes parts for this model as it is from the early 2000s. I am hoping that you can help.

I thought it might be part number 10-216 but I don't think it's exactly the same although it might possibly work?

What is the HEIGHT of the bottom sill guide which otherwise measures 9/16" wide and 3 3/32" long

The 10-216 lower shower door guide. Once installed should they stay in place at opposite ends of the door? Do they need to be glued in place so they stay in place so the door slides on the track. My new pieces free float causing the door to tilt and not slide

Hello,The attached photos show a 2 piece plastic shower door guide. It should actually be 3 pieces. I can't find a replacement anywhere. Are you able to help? I would guess its about 14 years old. Thank you, Mary
