S395-20 20" Series 395 Channel Balance

The only marking i see on the item is 1920 and a strange logo with the letters BG. The metal part measures 20"

34-4 KX CMC 7 is the stamp on the balance. channel is 35' long without the plastic end pieces... Thank you

There is a marking of 1940 GM near the bottom of balancer.The length of the metal piece is 20". 1/2" wide.

Aluminum channel is 20?. Overall length is 21? including plastic parts

Hello, 20 years ago I put Viking windows in a bunch of my rentals. One of the window channel balances has failed. If I can get the right part I will buy enough to keep me in parts for another 20 years. Your pictures in the catalog are a huge help. As near as I can tell I need an S380-20 B ... (cont.)

I have 2 older windows and need a pair of replacement balances for each window (4 balances total) The stamp on the backside of the balance says "19 3 HS Caldwell" (see photo) The balance is 20"long Thanks for your help!

Hi, The channel is 20 inches long. The bottom shoe has wings and measures about 3/4. The top shoe does not have wings and measures 1 1/16. Please see additional pictures attached.
