S395-31 31" Series 395 Channel Balance

I have Alenco alum. windows and need to replace a pair of block & Tackle balances. The channel is 31" long and the following is stamped on the back of the channel;30DS 38. Can you help me idenify the top and bottom pieces? Thank you, John
