Hi - Attached are photos of the balances I need to replace. Can you tell me what part number I need. The clip has fallen off, but I included a photo of it.There is also a close up photo of some numbers and letters. It looks like 3040 and a DJ. Trying to identify the right window balance. I know it is a 1/2" Channel Balance, 31 inches long, and it looks very similar to the S351 and S390 (same shoe piece and other end piece and spring and string configuration). The Channel balance is 31. and the only code we can find is 30 3 DN CALDWELL. Can you identify the replacement we will need to order? Thanks, Tom

Windows outside frame dimensions are 43" x 61-1/2". The channel balance I am holding in my hand measures 30-1/16" metal plus nylon piece on each end. This appears to be Series 395 with option 3630. Will need four of these items if they are available. Thank you Ralph

Hi, My milgard window balancers have a stamp 3 S.I. and I had assumed it means 6kg, so I bought the 3020 for S395-31. Turns out that it is not strong enough to hold my window. Could you recommend the right strength to me?
