Trying to replace these broken parts. I have the balancers identified but I'm not 100% on the tilt portion and the tilt latch

Both side are broken Other picture is one that isn't broken. Have no idea what make they are.

My home's windows are NAMI NFRC100/200. The latch does not have the key for key slide in instead of two bumps at each side.

I am trying to find the replacement parts for my vinyl tilt windows. It is the spring latch. See Picture above. It is 2 5/8" in length and 11/16" wide, it has a round edge on the back and is unlike the ones I have found online. It has grooves on the side so that it can slide back into place. ... (cont.)

I need right and left. The length is 2 3/8 and width 1/2

Do I just pry this out? I have no info on the windows. They are 12 yeArs old They are double pain windows in aluminum frames painted white. What more info can I send to help. It they pry out, I can take measurements Thank you Bruce

Hello, I need to replace these latches on my window. A few have dry rotted out. They don't have any screws in them, but I'm not sure how to pop them out and I want to make sure that I order the right part. Can you help?

I would like to replace parts in several windows the locks say Prism and the labels have 1258 C15 . Is that enough information for top and bottom replacement parts?

Hi, I have MI windows in my house (12814041.3, S- 3500). A picture of the window info is included. The tilt window latch on two of the windows are broken (pictures attached). Could you please let me know what part number I should order so I can replace these? Thank you.
