26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

I am looking for the clips that hold the sash into the track. When you want to tilt the sash you slide the clip inwards to allow it to tilt from the track. I need several both left and right. Also looking for the fuzzy weather stripping on the sashes.

This is the right hand side of the lower window. WHT WHITE PSH3060 W/DFM

I need to replace many of these and was wondering what the number 60 meant. I see the R27 which is the cartridge #. The measurements seem real close to what you guys carry. Hi, I need some help id the lock in pictures 1&2. I have also sent picture of labels which were on the windows with the locks, hopefully the picture could help you id the locks. I have some broken that need to be replace. Please let me know. Thank Jim

50447 05939168060001. This is the latch that locks the tip window to the frame that is spring loaded and pushed in on both sides of window to allow the window to be tipped down before removing.

Top flange is 2 5/8 long, 11/16 wide ,bottom is 1/2 wide, 3/8 tall.
