Hi I have quite an old Pella storm door and I need a replacement mortice lock. inside the door frame was this number 110106 90510 2454.I can send a photo if needed. The lock has a handle & cylinder lock with a turnknob.Hope this helps, many thanks, Mike

I am providing an image of the current lock that no longer works. I would like to know if item 40-129 will work to replace this lock. The width of my old one is 2.5 inches. If 40-129 will not work, do you have another one that will? Thank you, Ray

Where can I get just the key part for this door handle. I need two of them

Need to replace lock. It will not activate and lock door. It just spins. 40-129 is not correct replacement.

Pella door from 1991 Broadway collection. Inside knob works the deadbolt but the key needs to be pushed in firmly then turned to work properly. Dimension is 2 1/4" overall, and about 1 5/16" tall. Screw hole is 7/8" from knob end and 1 3/8" from key. Schlage style key.

sorry I don't have part took it out and it was thrown away by accident. Don't know if you can sell just the part or buy the whole lock. The finger on the shaft broke that flips the dead bolt.

Emtek is the Brand of the lock. The part number is 322. The middle is different on my lock which is a little longer

We need to replace just this piece but we cannot find the same one. Not even on Larson's website. I saw one in one of your old forums, but the hole measurements were not compatible. The top screw hole measures 1 1/2 inches rather than 1 1/4 from the edge. Does this size lock exist out there? Thank y ... (cont.)
