The width as a little squished now that old is a 1/2 inch and the thickness as same lil squished approximately 1/8 to a 1/4. The base is about 5/8 inch wide. Has a bulb and a leaf seal on one side. A barb holds it in place. It's from an old Eagle window. Eagle were bought by Andersen for their high end windows. 1/4" x 1/4" foam sq with white plastic film(?)covering. The wood slot is 1/4" wide to accept with foam piece. The slot is 33 7/8" wide (actual tape measure of bottom of wood frame).
