Do I have Better-Bilt window latches?
In my picture titled "two pieces" you can see the two different window latches I have in my house. Most of the broken ones look like the right window latch. I took pictures of both. To me the right latch looks like Better Built Window Latch Pair product number 26-295 and the left latch looks ... (cont.)

Window tilt latch
Hi, I need some tilt latches for my aluminum widows. Attached are 2 pictures, one is that of the latch, and the other is the label on the window. Please help identify which of your tilt latches matches. Thanks Kang

trying to match window hardware
I have surface mounted tilt latch (RH side) that I am trying to match. It is very similar to your #26-295, but not exact. Mine is white colored, and the 11/16" dim you show is actually 3/4" on mine. The bottom is slightly different too, but is the closest to anything you have. Are these minor di ... (cont.)

How do you remove the corner tilt latch without breaking it?
I have a surface corner snap in window tilt latch,any trick to remove one without breaking it.I need one off to see what I need to order? Thank you Wendell G.

Replacing Better-Bilt window latches
I believe they slide in from the top sides. You will have to remove (or loosen) the top rail on the sash to slide in the new latch. You may want to have someone familiar with window repair help you out with this process.
