Lock mechanism broke? Latch is loose and just slides down freely. It engages the mortise locks but then just slides back down.

I am in need of a Milgaurd replacement handle installed by Performance Fiberglass Windows & Doors in 2011. The handle locks and unlocks by pulling/pusing the handle. The only numbers I see on the back side of the handle (moving components) is GA1- on the metal bracket and GA3 on the white plas ... (cont.)

The thumb-turn broke off. Mortise lock still works. Handle is approximately 7 inches tall with approximately 5-inch screw centers. Looking for a replacement handle set.

Have a patio door handle that actuates to open the door. There is a faceplate on the inside of the door with a wheel with gears on it that are mostly missing so no longer functional. Do not see anything similar on your site.
