This door was installed in 2017. Handle is broken. New new handle. Door was manufactured by Vista East.

one inside handle, door installed 2005, made in new zealand (newcastle); need handle only, locking mechanism works, space between screw holes is 5 inches.

Lock mechanism broke? Latch is loose and just slides down freely. It engages the mortise locks but then just slides back down.

I am in need of a Milgaurd replacement handle installed by Performance Fiberglass Windows & Doors in 2011. The handle locks and unlocks by pulling/pusing the handle.
