I am trying to replace a broken handle on my slider. The door apparently isnt standard as the replacements that I find do not match the mounting holes. My current lock automatically locks when door is closed from outside. Question: Until 89-036 is restocked, On the slider that is broken, it's a like a 2-way slider, the slider with the attachment that's broken is on the right hand side and you push it and it goes to the left, the slider on the left, those locks are in tact, and pushes to the right. This is a Legance patio door handle from Thermal Industries. It is a 3 15/16. Company is closed and I cant find. Mounting screws are on side of handle as well.

The latch plate for this door has gone missing (installed in a rental house). I need replacement latch-plate (and gasket?). I hope that it's possible to get only the plate that is missing from the door frame, but if needed I've added details in case entire mortise lock and plate are the only option ... (cont.)

I have a DR05-1510 almond non-keyed sliding glass door handle and one of the pot-metal receivers for the two screws that hold the inner handle to the door broke, so I need a new inner handle piece.

Hi. I have this handle and the first white piece in the uninstalled picture is broken. If I can locate that piece from this unknown brand then I can fix my door. The handle is white - about 8.5" tall and hole spaces are 5" apart. Thank you for any help. -J

Handle broke

I have been looking for the missing strike plate. This is an older slider so it is not carried in any of the retail home improvement stores. The strike plate is for SGD-R20 120X82
