Hello I am looking for replacement sash tilt pins , I am looking for 50 pieces, I attach a photo of the piece that came out, all I see for markings on the window is Jim Waters corp, any help would be greatly appreciated. Rich

Hello I have a pivot bar off my window and it is broken. It has the following identifier marks: 7 25326 I believe it is off of an associated materials window. The full length is 2.5" Distance from end to first hole center is 1 3/16" Distance from end to second hole center is 1 7/8" ... (cont.)

Hoping you'll be able to match this up. Have a lower tilt-in sash that both of the pivot bars are broken off. Pic is of one of them. Can't find a brand name anywhere on the window. Pivot bar has two numbers on it 9734 on the "hook end" and 1 2823 between the screw holes. Overall measures about about ... (cont.)

I can not seem to find any distinct ,numbers or serial numbers anywhere.i have a few broken and or bent lower sash pivot bars and i am searching for replacements.thank you!

There are no markings on the bar. It's 2 7/16" long. The two outer holes are spaced 3/4" apart.

I have had a couple of these sheer off, so the windows are no longer connected to the counterweights. There is nothing on the windows themselves that indicate the manufacturer. I am looking for replacement pieces ore something close to use in their place

Pivot bar for double hung window

Hi. We recently took over this property and found that we have several windows with broken picot bars and one missing sash lock. I have attached pictures including one of the builder's label on the window. Please let me know which parts I need to order to fix these windows.

Can you please identify this pivot bar and window manufacturer? I have tried your model 26-378, but will require some work to make it do. The dimensions are right, both overall and hole spacing, however my pivot bar holes are tapped to accept 6-32 screws. In addition, as you can see in the photos ... (cont.)

hello, i need to see if you carry this pivot bar in the size shown in the picture. If available i will need to order. as you can see, the hole is just after 1 inch marking, and it is broken. Thanks Rick
