Looking for the bars that hinge the windows inward for cleaning.Two styles: one type installed 1993 and the other in 2003!Ancient, I know, but still happy with the windows!Can you help?

Hoping you can offer some guidance. Struggling to find replacement pivot bars for our Plygem Double Hung Windows. Any assistance you can offer would be great appreciated.

Pivot Bar? 2 1/2" lpng, 5/16" wide, a bit over 1/8" thick. Can I get something to match this? No name on windows, The lock shoe in on a cord. Haven't pulled that apart yet. You may recognize it.

The first two pictures are from the broken side. The last picture is the broken piece. The 3rd and 4th picture are the side that is not broken. The piece that broke is made out of pot metal(?) and broke at the first screw point.

Piece that sucks out of bottom side window and connects to the slide of side of window frame

Measurement from the bottom of the shoe to the middle of the first hole is 1" 3/16

"6 LB" on one set, a 42" wide windowno marking on the other set, a 30" wide window

I know this is a pivot bar, just unsure exactly which one of the many pivot bars you sell is the best choice for replacements.

I am helping an elderly friend with a window that was, I believe, manufactured by your company. The window "pivot bar" (aka "sash tilt pin") is broken. See the attached 5 photos. Does this look like your window? If yes, do you sell a replacement "pivot bar" part?
