Need to replace this hinge. The dowl holes are slightly in a different position. Will the concealed hinge help or something else

I am looking for replacement hinges for a double door corner base cabinet. The cabinets are probably from the 1990's.

70.550-01 on the plate along with made in Australia and the number 16 by it's self Right in the middle of the hinge the number 70 810-03 is present and on a little gray hard plastic piece the numbers 71.610-11 and right next to the plastic is the letter A.

I am wondering if you can tell me the distance between the screw bases on the 32-349 soft close hinges. Thank you

Has a "A" stamped in the cup. It has the numbers 244.3493 stamped on the back side of the hinge piece that fastens to the inside cabinet side.

We have Mepla hinges from Austria and they're all breaking. The hinge is number 652 320 55.00 Base is 346 290 51.03 (says Germany on base) Do you have anything that will replace them? Any help would be appreciated.
